Harbor House - Point Loma, California interior design
Vibrant design anchored in togetherness.
This Point Loma home was completely reimagined, starting with a bold move — relocating the kitchen from a closed-off corner to the opposite side of the house, where it could open to the living spaces and flooded with natural light. The new layout perfectly reflects the vision driving this design: togetherness and happiness.
For this sailing family, the home’s walkability to the marina was key — the water is woven into their daily life, as is their love of France. French design influences guided the inspiration for each room, with every choice made to suit their own joy rather than future resale or outside opinions.
Color became the great unifier, selected with intention to keep the palette vibrant yet sophisticated. The result is a home full of personality, warmth, and energy — a place friends and family are continually drawn to, and where life and laughter flow as easily as the tide.
