Our Process

Tailored design. Thoughtful execution. No guesswork.

Discovery & Planning

We begin with a discovery call to learn about your project, walk you through our process, and determine fit. If it feels like a match, we’ll follow up with a home visit (or virtual walkthrough for non-local projects) and send a clear, fixed-fee proposal—no hourly billing for design development, ever. You’ll know exactly what your design investment will be from the start.

Design Development

We explore your style and daily rhythms through a Style & Function Study. You’ll gather inspiration images, and we’ll dive into how you live—your routines, preferences, and practical needs. From there, we present a comprehensive design package, including sample boards, floor plans, elevations, renderings, and spec sheets—everything you need to visualize the space. Two rounds of edits are included, though they’re all rarely needed. When they are, just share your feedback and we’ll adjust. It’s a collaborative, low-stress part of the process.

Procurement & Construction Support

We handle purchasing, tracking, and vendor coordination with meticulous care. You’ll have access to a live Google Sheet that keeps everything organized—room by room—with images, links, specs, prices, invoices, delivery details, and status updates.

If your project involves construction, we’re known for making contractors’ lives easier. Our detailed drawings, thorough documentation, and accessible, team-oriented approach make collaboration seamless.

Installation & Final Styling

When everything’s ready, we place every piece, style every surface, and fine-tune the details. You’ll walk into a space that feels more like you than you ever imagined.

We don’t charge hourly for the design process—ever. Your fee is agreed upon upfront, so you’re free to enjoy the creative process without worrying about creeping costs or tracking hours.

Client Communication is Always Included

Reach out by email, phone, or text anytime—you’re never on the clock. We’re here to support you throughout the project. (Communication with contractors, if applicable, is handled separately.)
